Image Quality:
Please make sure the images are high resolution for the best result. The recommended minimum resolution for printing is 300 DPI.
Screen shots or dark pictures will not produce good results. Although we will attempt to improve the quality if necessary, this is not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: THE QUALITY OF THE FINISH WILL DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF THE IMAGE RECEIVED.
Pretty much. The better quality the image the better the result.
Images that are too dark will not produce great results.
The image resolution should be a minimum of 300dpi and as large or larger than the image placement. If the resolution or quality of the image is sub standard we will do our best to improve the result by resizing and adjusting contrast and brightness but results cannot be guaranteed.
Most of the designs are purchased direct from designers, or from reputable websites like Creative Fabrica. Some designs are our own work or constructed using clipart supplied from other designers.
Images should be bright and at least 300dpi and as large or larger than the product placement.
Dark or blurry images will not produce a good result, although we will try to tidy them up if necessary.
Generally the standard mugs are dishwasher proof with the exceptions of the colour changing mugs. Please check the product description to be sure.

Laser Engraving and Cutting
CNC Machining
Sublimation Printing
Vinyl Cutting and High Temperature Transfer
3D Printing
The mugs are created using sublimation printing. The designs are created and adjusted using Photoshop and printed using a special sublimation printer and ink onto special paper.
This is then wrapped around the mug and heated in a mug press, which activates the ink and it is transferred to the coating on the mug.

We only currently use Royal Mail as these are the most reliable in our experience.
